Ms. Jennifer Louden has over 27 years of experience in the areas of Business Development, proposal/capture management, program/project management, budgeting, accounting, contracting and procurement. She is experienced in identifying, marketing, capturing, and securing programs within the Federal IT services market. She works in close proximity with the operational teams to vet opportunities that are in line with organizational core competencies and manages a pipeline efforts valued over $3B. Ms. Louden offers a wealth of experience overseeing the Finance and Administration activities for Infinity. For example, prior to joining Infinity, Ms. Louden managed a portfolio valued in excess of $4.3B, manage over 650 personnel and 132 subcontractors. Ms. Louden also led the PMO team selected to support the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) FEMA with its IT Modernization initiatives. Ms. Louden is an active inducted member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society, she also holds dual Masters degrees from the University of Maryland, University College, with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA); a Master of Science, Information Technology, and Project Management; Bachelor Science, International Business, and Accounting, Magna Cum Laude. She is DAWIA II certified in Acquisition and EVM Gold Card certified by Defense Acquisition University.
Mr. LeRoy Burney is a Portfolio Vice President for Infinity Technology. Mr. Burney is a US Air Force veteran with 24 years Program Management experience in the Intelligence and Information Technology (IT) specialty. As Vice President, Mr. Burney oversees the execution of a diverse portfolio of programs for which he is responsible for managing operational, financial and technical performance. Mr. Burney also participates in identifies business opportunities and coordinates associated strategies. Mr. Burney holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with The University of Maryland University College (UMUC). He also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Multidisciplinary Studies, Business Administration from Liberty University and three Associates in Applied Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force; Communications Application Technology, Instructor of Technology & Military Science and Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
Mr. Daniels is Vice President, Advanced Programs, for Infinity Technology, LLC. He is a retired Air Force Colonel and Department of Defense Level III Certified Acquisition Professional with 25 years of contracting experience, most recently as Director of Procurement and Head of Contracting Activity for worldwide operations at U.S. Special Operations Command. As Vice President, Mr. Daniels supports growth through ensuring high service delivery standards as well as cultivating strong customer relationships to expand national defense and intelligence community opportunities. While on active duty, he was a Secretary of Defense Corporate Fellow, who received Senior Executive Education at the Darden Business School, University of Virginia. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University, a Master of Military Strategy degree from Air Command and Staff College, and a Bachelor of Economics degree from Florida A&M University. During his military career, Mr. Daniels served as a Contracting Squadron Commander, Mission Support Group Commander, and Provisional Air Expeditionary Wing Commander. He also deployed to Afghanistan as Deputy Principal Assistant Responsible for Contracting in direct logistical support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM and Bosnia as Theatre Head of Contracts in direct support of OPERATION JOINT FORGE.
Don is an accomplished Human Resources professional with approximately 20 years of international experience in human resources. Don and his team are responsible for implementing HR strategies that enable Infinity Technology to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Don holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree from Dublin City University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the National College of Ireland. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPD) and holds a Professional in Human Resources certification.
