Mr. Erdley Bent, Jr. (“Bentley”) is the President & CEO of Infinity Technology, LLC. He founded the company in 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. As a former U.S. Air Force Superintendent, he has a diversified background, including Tactical Communications, Information Technology services, Training, Budgeting, and Program Management experience. Before starting Infinity Technology, he served as the Project Manager for the US Central Command (USCENTCOM) SharePoint Portal Project, providing central service solutions across the entire enterprise.

Mr. Bent holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western New England College and an MBA from Troy University.
jenniferl-1 Jennifer Louden              Vice President, Integrated Capture & Proposal Management
Ms. Jennifer Louden has over 27 years of experience in the areas of Business Development, proposal/capture management, program/project management, budgeting, accounting, contracting and procurement. She is experienced in identifying, marketing, capturing, and securing programs within the Federal IT services market. She works in close proximity with the operational teams to vet opportunities that are in line with organizational core competencies and manages a pipeline efforts valued over $3B.

Ms. Louden is an active inducted member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society, she also holds dual Masters degrees from the University of Maryland, University College, with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA); a Master of Science, Information Technology, and Project Management; Bachelor Science, International Business, and Accounting, Magna Cum Laude.She is DAWIA II certified in Acquisition and EVM Gold Card certified by Defense Acquisition University.

Mr. Richard Gordon is the VP and CIO for Infinity Technology where he serves as a Solutions Architect for new business initiatives and provides technical oversight to existing Infinity programs.

Prior to his role at Infinity, Mr. Gordon served as Chief Information and Innovation Officer, Federal Student Aid (FSA) at the US Department of Education where he was responsible for an operating budget in excess of $100M. Mr. Gordon’s efforts yielded increases in configuration control, performance, security, and resilience of FSA infrastructure operations and data security. FSA is responsible for providing need-based federal grants and loans to over 21 million students per year via thousands of Title IV academic institutions and financial service partners in 35 countries. At FSA, Mr. Gordon was also a principle member of the White House FCCX Tiger Team that designed and initiated a nation-wide electronic identity exchange which will allow citizens to obtain access to government systems using personal credentials. Prior to FSA, Mr. Gordon held positions as Deputy CIO at Comptroller of the Currency at Treasury; CTO / Deputy-Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the US Securities and Exchange Commission; CIO at Walter Reed Health Care System; and, Deputy-CIO at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research.

Mr. Gordon is a retired U.S. Army Medical Service Corps Officer and a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). He holds an MS in Information Systems from The American University and has a BS in Information Systems from Park (College) University.

Mr. LeRoy Burney is a Portfolio Vice President for Infinity Technology. Mr. Burney is a US Air Force veteran with 24 years Program Management experience in the Intelligence and Information Technology (IT) specialty. As Vice President, Mr. Burney oversees the execution of a diverse portfolio of programs for which he is responsible for managing operational, financial and technical performance. Mr. Burney also participates in identifies business opportunities and coordinates associated strategies.

Mr. Burney is currently pursuing Master of Science in Cyber Security and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with The University of Maryland University College (UMUC). He also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Multidisciplinary Studies, Business Administration from Liberty University and three Associates in Applied Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force; Communications Application Technology, Instructor of Technology & Military Science and Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
Robert Stevens              Vice President
Mr. Robert Stevens (Bob) portfolio responsibilities include very diverse programs in the U.S. Department of Defense Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) – Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (AT&L), U.S. Navy, and U.S. National Guard Bureau (NGB). His portfolio also includes the U.S. Departments of Homeland Security (DHS) Coast Guard, State, Energy (Strategic Petroleum Reserve), Commerce (NOAA), and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).

Bob leverages his successful and exceptionally diverse background in National Security, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Hazardous Materials, Emergency Management, Counter and Anti-Terrorism, Cyber Crime/ Cyber-Terrorism , Critical Infrastructure Protection, Highly Classified All-Source Intelligence, International Diplomacy, and Interagency Negotiations. He has extensive expertise at all levels of the government, up to and including the National Security Council; as well as supporting the development of next-generation automated analytic tools for predictive analysis/threat anticipation. He has experience facilitating and participating in selection boards evaluating cutting-edge research & development projects, as well as twice serving as a UN Weapons Inspector in Iraq.

Bob has served as both a civil servant and contract support for Department of Defense – AT&L, State Dept., DHS, FBI, USSOCOM, FEMA, CBP, DTRA, and the National Science Foundation. His diverse Air Force career included tactical & strategic nuclear weapons operations & maintenance [Ground Launch Cruise Missile, Titan II, & Minuteman ICBMs]; and political-military duties implementing international arms control treaties & agreements. He is a Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) and certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is a Graduate Fellow of MIT’s National Security & International Relations program, as well as a PHD (ABD) in Homeland Security/Business Administration, Master of Science degree in International Logistics Management through the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) & a second Master of Science degree in Systems Management; as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Physics, & Geology.
