Erdley Bent, Jr.  President and CEO
Mr. Erdley Bent, Jr. is the President & CEO of Infinity Technology, LLC. He founded the company in 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. As a former U.S. Air Force Superintendent, he has a diversified background, including Tactical Communications, Information Technology services, Training, Budgeting, and Program Management experience. Before starting Infinity Technology, he served as the Project Manager for the US Central Command (USCENTCOM) SharePoint Portal Project, providing central service solutions across the entire enterprise. Mr. Bent holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western New England College and an MBA from Troy University.
Jennifer Louden Vice President
Ms. Jennifer Louden has over 27 years of experience in the areas of Business Development, proposal/capture management, program/project management, budgeting, accounting, contracting and procurement. She is experienced in identifying, marketing, capturing, and securing programs within the Federal IT services market. She works in close proximity with the operational teams to vet opportunities that are in line with organizational core competencies and manages a pipeline efforts valued over $3B. Ms. Louden is an active inducted member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society, she also holds dual Masters degrees from the University of Maryland, University College, with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA); a Master of Science, Information Technology, and Project Management; Bachelor Science, International Business, and Accounting, Magna Cum Laude.She is DAWIA II certified in Acquisition and EVM Gold Card certified by Defense Acquisition University.
LeRoy Burney Vice President
Mr. LeRoy Burney is a Portfolio Vice President for Infinity Technology. Mr. Burney is a US Air Force veteran with 24 years Program Management experience in the Intelligence and Information Technology (IT) specialty. As Vice President, Mr. Burney oversees the execution of a diverse portfolio of programs for which he is responsible for managing operational, financial and technical performance. Mr. Burney also participates in identifies business opportunities and coordinates associated strategies. Mr. Burney is currently pursuing Master of Science in Cyber Security and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with The University of Maryland University College (UMUC). He also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Multidisciplinary Studies, Business Administration from Liberty University and three Associates in Applied Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force; Communications Application Technology, Instructor of Technology & Military Science and Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
Marie Leiter
Manager, Human Resources
Marie Leiter is a Human Resources leader with extensive experience directing and guiding organizations to develop innovative solutions for their challenging business needs.With more than 15 years’ experience in increasingly responsible Human Resources Management positions, she offers a wealth of knowledge across the entire Human Resources spectrum: advisor, recruiting, employee relations, benefits/compensation, compliance (government contractor), performance management, training and policy development. Her ability to influence others by example, manage issues, and lead people is evident through her significant work experience and professional accomplishments. Prior to founding her company, Marie worked for Terma North America as Manager of Human Resources, the Center for Naval Analysis as Senior Manager of Employment and Employee Relations, and LEVICK Strategic Communications as Manager of Human Resources. Additionally, Marie served as Director of Human Resources for Allied Technology Group (ATG), an $80M government contractor with 459 employees in Rockville, Maryland. At ATG, Marie established a Human Resources department to align infrastructure support to the growing business, centralized recruitment, managed a compensation plan design, implemented a HRIS for the organization, and led a five-person team. She also instituted policies and processes to maximize departmental and organization-wide efficiencies and to mitigate organization liability. Marie received a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, a Professional Human Resources (PHR) Management Certificate from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communication from Rosemont College.
