President/CEO Erdley Bent, Jr. "Bentley" — President/CEO

Mr. Erdley Bent, Jr. ("Bentley") is President and CEO of Infinity Technology, LLC. He founded the company in 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, improving efficiencies and driving new business across the company. Mr. Bent's immediate focus is to leverage Infinity's existing contracts, while selectively pursing new opportunities. As a former U.S. Air Force Superintendent, he has a diversified background, including Tactical Communications, Information Technology services, Training, Budgeting, and Program Management experience. Before starting Infinity Technology, he served as the Project Manager for the USCENTCOM SharePoint Portal Project, providing central service solutions across the entire enterprise.

Mr. Bent holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western New England College and an MBA from Troy University.

Vice President/CTO Philip Sagan — Vice President/CTO

Dr. Sagan, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Infinity Technology, LLC, is a technology executive expert in leading organizations that need to "get it right" the first time by asking the right question, then finding and implementing pragmatic solutions to the most demanding challenges in non-routine situations with high impact, sensitivity, and ambiguity. He brings deep experience in the IC, DOD, and Federal civilian agencies, focusing on information technology development, application, and exploitation in situations where success requires combining best practices in science and technology with organizational and personal business processes. Dr. Sagan is expert in information exploitation for countering asymmetric threats, including terrorism and cyber-warfare.
From 1978 through 1986 Dr. Sagan was a Research Psychologist and Assistant Research Professor of Physiology at the Jerry L. Pettis Memorial Medical Center and Loma Linda University Medical School.

In 1986 Dr. Sagan joined Hughes Aircraft Company. As Manager of the Display Systems & Simulation Department he was responsible for business, schedule and technical performance on a wide range of systems R&D contracts relating to the design and development of operator/systems interfaces for military systems and commercial products.
In 1989, Dr. Sagan moved to Hughes Training, Inc. As the Manager of Advanced Program Development Dr. Sagan led the strategic and financial planning for technology development and acquisition and oversaw the R&D budget. Later he served as Director of Asia Pacific Programs, where he directed and led the pursuit of new business.
In 2002 Dr. Sagan joined Booz Allen Hamilton where his focus was on delivering services that help government agencies explore and evaluate new, high-risk technologies for intelligence, military and commercial applications.
Dr. Sagan joined Global InfoTek, a boutique S&T consultancy, in 2005. There he was responsible for providing senior advisory services concerning information technology development, application, management, transfer and utilization to IC, DOD and federal agencies.
In 2007, Dr. Sagan was recruited at CACI International, Inc. as the executive with stewardship responsibility for a green-fields startup of a corporate Analytic Center of Excellence for Tradecraft. In addition he directly supported CACI's Executive Chairman of the Board and CEO providing day to day leadership of a select group of members of CACI's Board of Directors and corporate top management team, as he planned, developed, and directed a continuing series of pro bono symposia highlighting the asymmetrical threat to the United States.
In 2011 Dr. Sagan was recruited to grow Infinity Technology's S&T prowess and expand its business base in the intelligence community. A major focus of this business is the conceptualization, design, development, test, evaluation, and deployment of experimental, prototype and production cloud analytic systems applied to petascale data.
An active entrepreneur, starting in the 1980s Dr. Sagan has organized several companies offering services and developing products utilizing advanced, converged computer and communication technologies. Dr. Sagan received his BA degree from Hamilton College, where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Society and the Sigma Xi Society and was awarded a Departmental High Honors Degree. He received his Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Harvard University and was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Neuroscience at the Brain Research Institute, UCLA.

Vice President LeRoy Burney — Vice President

LeRoy G. Burney, Vice President Intelligence Solutions is an US Air Force veteran with 24 years Program Management experience in the Intelligence and Information Technology (IT) specialty. As Vice president, Mr. Burney manages the development and implementation of $25M Intelligence Solutions Division encompassing customers of various agencies. LeRoy manages fixed price / Level of Effort contracts of increasing complexity. Mr. Burney is responsible for managing the operational, financial and technical performance of multiple programs for a corporate lane supporting our primary business providing Information Technology, Finance Operations, Logistics, operational readiness and Training Support for the Maryland Procurement Office, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Central Command (CENTCOM) and Business Transformation Agency (BTA) customers as well as strategic planning and business development. Mr. Burney participates in establishing objectives, identifies business opportunities and plans, initiates and coordinates business development strategies, and proposal activities. LeRoy manages the relationship between client(s) and potential clients, build long-term business relationships with DoD clients, and close business opportunities. Mr. Burney acts as the main interface for the AXISS contract through CSC, providing all levels of Information Technology (IT) support. LeRoy also manages contract providing Information Technology support for Medical Health Systems (MHS).

Mr. Burney is currently pursuing Master of Science in Cyber Security and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with The University of Maryland University College (UMUC). LeRoy also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) , Multidisciplinary Studies, Business Administration from Liberty University and three Associates in Applied Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force; Communications Application Technology, Instructor of Technology & Military Science and Human Resources Management /Personnel Administration.

Vice President John Sapienza — Vice President

John Sapienza, Infinity Technology Vice President, has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY and a Master's of the Arts in International Relations from the US Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. He is a 28-year veteran of the United States Army, having served in both peacetime and combat in a variety of command and staff positions as an Army Aviator. Overseas, John served in a number of US Embassies as a Military Attaché. John retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2003, then joined STG, Inc, as a Program Manager. In his almost 8 years with STG, John managed a variety of Language Services contracts supporting many members of the United States Intelligence Community. Ultimately, John rose to the position of Director of the Intelligence Community Directorate with STG. Joining Infinity Technology in September, 2011, John is now Vice President of Civil and Defense programs and responsible for managing programs supporting the United States Air Force in the District of Washington, the Federal Aviation Agency, and the Washington Headquarters Service. John is an avid private pilot, reads and speaks both French and Arabic and has received his Program Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Program Management Institute.

Rodney Rodney Azama — Vice President

Mr. Rodney Azama, Infinity Technology's Vice President of Business Development, is a client- and values-focused change agent who takes a multidisciplinary approach to understanding operational environments and solving complex problems. From his more than 30 years of experience in the DoD, intelligence, public and private sectors, he has attained deep inter-agency and international experience. He also focuses on partnerships & alliances and on managing programs in various sectors. Rod joined Infinity from Computer Sciences Corporation, where he was a Federal Consulting Practice (FCP) Business Area Lead. In this position, he was responsible for business development and capture management for the Intelligence Community, homeland security, law enforcement, foreign affairs, and cyber security/ information operations sectors. Previously, as the founder and Managing Director of The Chancellor Group, Rod provided business development, venture financing, risk management, and investigative services to international, government, and corporate clients. During this time, he served as an advisor on special operations, intelligence, and inter-agency support to the DoD Biometrics Management Office and Task Force. From 1996-1998 as the Regional Director for Europe, US Trade & Development Agency, Rod led export promotion and international development projects in Central and Eastern Europe, overseeing several large multi-national development initiatives.
A U.S. Army veteran, Rod served as an instructor in the Department of Social Sciences, United States Military Academy, and was a national intelligence team chief during Operations Desert Shield & Storm. He also led intelligence operations for a combined field army, was a JCS crisis planner during Operation Just Cause in Panama, and commanded a Special Forces A-Team. During his 24-year career, he was an infantry, Special Forces, intelligence and Foreign Area Officer. Rod obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the US Military Academy, West Point. He has an M.S. degree in Systems Management from The University of Southern California and an M.A. in Business Economics from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. An Eagle Scout and Montgomery County Medical Reserve Corps volunteer, Rod hails originally from Kaneohe, Hawaii.
