Infinity’s health plans include medical and prescription benefits, with a variety of options. Dental and vision options are also included, in addition to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Employees are covered by Infinity for Group Life Insurance, AD&D, and Group Long-Term Disability. Other insurance options are offered at an additional cost to the employee. In addition, Infinity participates in an Employee Assistance Program which provides free and confidential counseling services that are available to our employees and their families. Paid Time Off (PTO), holidays, and bereavement leave are also offered to our employees. If you are employed in the Washington, D.C. area, Infinity provides a parking and Metro reimbursement plan.
Infinity is invested in your future. Choose to participate in our 401(k) plan and we will match 100% up to the first 4% of contributions made on a semi-monthly basis. Employees are immediately 100% vested. Traditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) are available and you will be eligible to participate after three months of employment.
