RETIREMENT PLAN
Every new employee is eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan after 90 days of employment. The Infinity plan provides a wide range of investment options from leading investment managers. As an employee, you'll have online access to your accounts so you can monitor performance and make changes whenever it seems prudent.
HEALTH CARE BENEFITS
Infinity Technology covers medical, dental, and vision benefits for all employees, regardless of the level of group coverage you choose. Coverage is effective from the first of the month following the date of hire.
Health Insurance Plans
We offer nationwide health care options under a variety of coverage groups. Some plans are state-specific. Eligible employees can choose from different types of coverage types with a variety of deductibles and coinsurances. All plans cover health care services, prescriptions and access to discounts for various wellness programs and products.
Dental Plan
Infinity Technology offers a Dental Plan that lets you choose from four levels of coverage. The plan covers a wide range of dental procedures and services, including preventive and diagnostic care, basic (restorative), major (prosthodontic) and orthodontics.
Vision Plan
We offer a premium Vision Plan that is generally available to employees nationwide. The benefits cover annual eye examinations, prescription lenses, eyeglass frames, contact lenses and discounts on services such as laser vision correction.
Flexible Spending Account
You can reduce your out-of-pocket expenses by choosing to contribute to a Health Care Flexible Spending Account, which lets you pay for uncovered medical expenses with pretax dollars. If you choose this benefit, you can deposit money into the account by convenient automatic deduction from your paycheck.
LEAVE
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Infinity Technology believes that when you work hard, you need time to play hard, too. All employees earn three weeks of PTO for each calendar year. PTO is accrued for each pay period worked.
Holidays
Infinity Technology honors the standard Federal Government Holiday Schedule. All full-time employees are eligible to receive 10 paid holidays during each calendar year.
Other Types of Leave
Infinity Technology LLC management is very supportive of employees' need to take other types of leave, including Military Leave of Absence, Bereavement Leave, Jury Duty and Witness Leave, Family and Medical Leave (FMLA), Personal Non-FMLA Leave of Absence, and Disability Leave covered by Workers’ Compensation Insurance. We have a generous policy for continuing benefits when you are out on leave. Talk to Human Resources for more details.
INSURANCE
Life Insurance
Infinity Technology covers each employee with up to $50,000 Term Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. Full-time employees and their families have the option of purchasing higher amounts of Voluntary Group Universal Life Insurance, with the premiums paid by the employee.
Disability Insurance
Infinity Technology provides Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability coverage for each full-time employee at no charge.

Because we want you to grow and succeed in your job, Infinity Technology conducts formal performance reviews annually for each employee. Employees are considered for additional compensation as part of the performance review.
